Our Principles

How paki11 Approaches Responsible Play

Responsible gambling is not a footnote on this platform — it is built into how paki11 is designed and operated from the ground up.

Player Protection First

paki11 treats player protection as a non-negotiable baseline, not an optional feature. Responsible gambling controls are built into every Account by default — no opt-in is required to access deposit limits, session reminders or self-exclusion. They are there for every registered user from day one.

Adults Only — 18+

The paki11 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever applies. Age verification is mandatory during KYC. No minor may register, deposit or place bets under any circumstances. If you know of a minor accessing gambling platforms, please consider using parental control software on shared devices.

Never Chase Losses

The single most reliable warning sign of problem gambling is chasing losses — placing bigger bets to recover what was lost. paki11's loss limit tools are specifically designed to interrupt this pattern before it causes serious harm. Every Pakistani player using our platform should understand: the house never owes you a win. Set limits before you start, not after you feel pressure.

Time Awareness

It is easy to lose track of time during a live betting session, a PSL T20 match or a run of casino games. Session time reminders alert you after a set duration of continuous play. You choose the interval. The reminder does not force you to stop — it simply keeps you aware, which is often all it takes to make a better decision.

Gambling is Not Income

Gambling outcomes are determined by probability and chance — they cannot be reliably predicted or used as a source of income. All bets carry risk. Over time, the statistical edge favours the operator in all casino products. This is not hidden by paki11; it is stated plainly so every player understands what they are participating in.

Supporting Those Around You

Problem gambling does not only affect the person placing bets — it affects families, friends and communities. If someone you know in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or elsewhere seems to be struggling with their gambling behaviour, encourage them to speak to the paki11 support team or to seek guidance from a qualified support service.

Account Controls

Responsible Gambling Tools Available

Every paki11 Account comes with these tools built in. Access them from your Account settings — no support ticket required to activate them.

01
Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a mandatory cooling-off period before it applies.

02
Loss Limits

Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a daily, weekly or monthly window. When the loss threshold is reached, betting and gaming activity is suspended for that period. Loss limits are the most direct tool for preventing a bad session from becoming a financial crisis.

03
Wager / Stake Limits

Set a ceiling on the maximum single bet or stake you can place. This is particularly useful for sports betting during high-stakes events like PSL finals or ICC tournament matches where the temptation to increase stakes may be stronger than usual.

04
Session Time Reminders

Set an alert to notify you after a specified period of continuous gambling activity — for example, after 30, 60 or 90 minutes. The reminder appears on screen to prompt you to pause, review your balance and decide consciously whether to continue.

05
Cool-Off Period

Take a short break from gambling without permanently closing your Account. A cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days can be activated from Account settings. During this period, login for gambling purposes is blocked. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once set.

06
Self-Exclusion

A self-exclusion closes your Account to all gambling activity for a defined period — typically a minimum of six months up to five years or permanently. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once activated. This is the strongest tool available and should be used when gambling has stopped being enjoyable or is causing harm.

How Your Limits Work in Practice
Decreasing a Limit Takes effect immediately — the new lower limit applies to the current period without delay.
Instant
Increasing a Limit Subject to a mandatory cooling-off period (typically 24–72 hours) before the higher limit becomes active. This delay is intentional and cannot be waived.
Delayed
Self-Exclusion Activation Takes effect immediately. Account is locked for the selected period. Duration cannot be shortened — only extended during the active exclusion.
Instant & Permanent
Cool-Off Period Activated immediately. Cannot be reversed. Account reopens automatically when the selected period ends — unless the User converts to a self-exclusion.
Instant
Age Policy

Strictly Adults Only

18+
Minimum age to register
and gamble on paki11.
Or higher where the license jurisdiction requires.

Age verification is a mandatory, non-bypasable step in the paki11 KYC process. All new users are required to confirm their date of birth at registration and to submit valid proof of age before their first withdrawal. Accounts where the user is found to be below the minimum age are closed immediately.

If you share a device with family members or younger users in your household — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi or elsewhere — please ensure that your paki11 Account is protected with a strong password and that you log out after every session. Consider parental control applications where minors have access to the device.

Legal Context for Pakistani Users

The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 is the primary legislation governing gambling activity in Pakistan. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including under provisions of the Pakistan Penal Code and relevant telecommunications regulations enforced by the PTA.

paki11 does not claim to be licensed, regulated or approved by any Pakistani government authority, including the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any provincial body. The Platform operates under the licensing jurisdiction of the operator, which is outside Pakistan.

This is not legal advice. Laws regarding online gambling in Pakistan continue to evolve. Stay informed about regulations applicable to your jurisdiction. paki11 takes no responsibility for a user's failure to comply with local laws.
Recognise the Signs

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone regardless of income level, city or background. Recognising the early signs is the first step toward addressing them.

Placing increasingly large bets to try to recover previous losses is one of the most well-documented patterns of problem gambling. The logic feels compelling in the moment — but statistically, each bet is independent. Chasing losses typically results in larger losses, not recovery. If you notice this pattern, activate a loss limit or cool-off period immediately.

Using money intended for rent, groceries, utility bills, children's education or other essential expenses to fund gambling activity is a serious warning sign. A responsible gambling principle is simple: only bet with money you can genuinely afford to lose without it affecting your daily life. If you are dipping into essential funds, set a deposit limit immediately.

Feeling the need to hide your gambling activity from family members, concealing transaction history, or lying about the amount of time or money spent on gambling suggests that, on some level, you already recognise the behaviour has become problematic. Honest self-reflection is important. If you are hiding it, that is a clear signal to use the self-exclusion tools available in your Account.

Feeling anxious, irritable, depressed or restless when not gambling, or using gambling as a way to escape stress, relationship difficulties or financial anxiety, suggests the activity has crossed from entertainment into a coping mechanism. Gambling as emotional escape typically makes underlying problems worse, not better.

Regularly spending far more time gambling than you intended, or missing social, family or work commitments because of gambling sessions, is a behavioural pattern worth addressing early. Session time reminders in your paki11 Account are specifically designed to make you aware before sessions become excessive.

When gambling begins to cause friction with family members, affects your responsibilities at home or work, or is cited as a source of conflict in personal relationships, the activity has moved well beyond entertainment. Speak to someone you trust or contact the support team through your Account to discuss your options including self-exclusion.
